If your bumper has a verified manufacturing defect, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. This includes custom and made-to-order products — defects in our work are always our responsibility, no restocking fee.

Customer Pays Return Shipping

Returns of non-defective standard products are accepted within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom non-defective products are not returnable.

Process

How To Initiate A Return.

    Photograph the product and packaging. Gather your order number and description of the issue.

  2. 02Email Us

    Contact info@galhor.com before shipping anything. Returns without prior authorization not accepted.

  3. 03Get Approval

    We confirm eligibility within 24 business hours and issue an RMA number.

  4. 04Ship It Back

    Use carrier and instructions provided. Include RMA number. Do not ship without it.

Refund Procedure

How Refunds Actually Work.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval. Time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

  1. Step 01Inspection

    Returned part inspected within 3 business days of receipt. Defect verified against order spec.

  2. Step 02Decision

    Defect confirmed: full refund. Not confirmed: 20% restocking fee. Damaged in transit: carrier claim.

  3. Step 03Processing

    Refund issued to original payment method. Begins within 1 business day of inspection decision.

  4. Step 04Completion

    Bank processing takes 3–10 business days. Confirmation sent by email.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom bumpers and made-to-order profiles are built to your truck specification. They cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. This is disclosed before purchase on the product page.

The Approval Window.

All return requests are reviewed within 24 business hours. Our team responds with either approval and shipping instructions, or a clear explanation of why the return doesn't qualify. No string-along, no delays past our window.

Transit Damage · Not A Return

If It Arrives Damaged, That's On Us.

Transit damage is a carrier claim — not a standard return. Galhor covers all transit damage at no cost.

  • What To Do

    Inspect at delivery. Photograph packaging and product before unpacking.

  • Contact Us Same Day

    Email info@galhor.com with order number and photos. Do not install the damaged part.

  • Free Replacement

    We initiate replacement at no charge. Ships under the same timeline as original.

  • No Deductible

    Transit coverage is unconditional. No fee. No restocking cost.

RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect. In that case, Galhor provides a prepaid return label. The 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund total, not charged separately.

LEGAL & TRANSPARENCY

This policy applies to all purchases through galhor.com. Galhor reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund. Claims not meeting criteria will be declined and the item returned at the customer's expense. Applicable law: State of Texas.
