Q01
Do I need to buy or stock inventory?
No. You never touch inventory. Galhor manufactures and ships every bumper directly to the customer. You’re a sales partner, not a reseller — your job is to introduce the buyer to galhor.com, not to fulfill the order.
Q02
Why is there an application — can’t anyone just sign up?
We keep the program small and serious. A short application lets us confirm you actually know the trucking world and protects the program’s reputation — and your commissions — from spam sign-ups.
Q03
How is this different from the Trucker Network referral program?
The Trucker Network pays a flat one-time referral bounty. Road Captain is an ongoing tiered partnership: percentage commission on every sale, monthly payouts, a dashboard, and marketing support that scales with your volume.
Q04
Do I need a business license or LLC to be a Captain?
No license or LLC required to start. You can be paid as an individual. For U.S. captains earning $600+ in a year we issue a 1099 — most Captains simply report it as side income.
Q05
What if a customer I referred wants the Comeback Discount on a damaged bumper later?
Stacking your commission on a discounted Comeback order is fine — your rate applies to the final order value. The customer keeps their discount, and you still earn on the sale you sourced.
Q06
Can I run paid ads driving to my Galhor link?
Yes, with two rules: you can’t bid on the Galhor brand name in search, and ad creative must come from (or be approved against) the marketing pack so messaging and pricing stay accurate.
Q07
What happens if I have a slow month and drop a tier?
Nothing punitive. Tiers recalculate every 30 days, so a slow month just means next month’s rate matches that volume. The following month you’re back to a clean slate to earn your tier up again.

Can I bring my own custom-branded landing page?
Captain and Fleet Master tiers can run a co-branded landing page we review for compliance. All checkout still happens on galhor.com so tracking, pricing, and warranty stay locked to the source.
