Q01Do I need to apply or sign up to participate?
No. Every Galhor customer is automatically in the Trucker Network the moment their order ships. Log into your account and your unique referral link is waiting. Anyone without an account can also generate one — useful if your buddy asked first and you haven't ordered yet.
Q02Why store credit instead of cash to my bank account?
Store credit lets us pay out the day an order ships instead of waiting on bank transfers and tax paperwork. It never expires for 18 months, stacks across referrals, and spends like cash on anything at galhor.com.
Q03What if my buddy buys but uses a different referral link or no link at all?
Credit follows the link or code used at checkout. If your buddy forgets yours, reach out within 7 days of his order and we'll do our best to reconcile it — though using your link is always the cleanest path.
Q04Can I combine my $150 store credit with the Price Lock Promise on my next order?
Store credit spends on any order, but it can't stack with Price Lock Promise™ on the same line. Use it on a separate order and both perks apply in full.
Q05Can I combine credit with the Comeback Program if my bumper gets damaged?
Comeback Program™ replacement orders are excluded from store-credit redemption so the replacement pricing stays honest. Your credit stays in your account for the next regular order.
Q06Is there a maximum amount of credit I can rack up?
You can refer as many truckers as you want, but active (unspent) credit caps at $1,500 at a time. Spend some down and the ceiling frees right back up for the next convoy.
Q07What if my referral cancels his order or returns the bumper?
Credit is issued the day an order ships and clears the return window. If your buddy cancels, returns, or refunds before that, the matching credit is reversed.
Q08I'm a fleet manager. Can I refer my own drivers under the program?
Same-fleet and same-EIN referrals fall under B2B pricing instead of the Trucker Network. Talk to our team about fleet rates — they usually beat what a single referral would earn.
